Abstract:

Dokumentiert werden die Beitraege zu einem Symposium, das im Juni 2003 an der Universitaet St. Gallen anlaesslich der Emeritierung von P. Dachler veranstaltet wurde. Unter dem Titel "Organisationspsychologie als Dialog" war das konstruktivistische Paradigma in der Organisationspsychologie das zentrale Veranstaltungsthema. Waehrend im ersten Teil auf die ontologischen Implikationen des Sozialen Konstruktionismus in Organisationen eingegangen wird, wird im zweiten Teil die Einbettung des sozialen Konstruktionismus in die Alltagspraxis von Organisationen thematisiert. Im dritten Teil wird die individualistische Betrachtung von Fuehrung einer kritischen Pruefung unterzogen, um anschliessend eine relationale Alternative anzubieten.
