Abstract:

This note addresses the study of observer based fault detection problems in networked control systems with stochastically varying transmission delays caused from the communication network. The process and measurement noises are also assumed. The false alarm rate, is difficult to obtain it using classical standard robust control methods. For this purpose, the probabilistic robustness theory will be applied. An illustrating example verified on a simulation platform is given.
